Refund & Cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for subscriptions and credit purchases.

Subscription Plans

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges after that.

No pro-rated refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days remaining in a subscription period after cancellation.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Credit Purchases (Top-Ups)

Non-refundable once consumed

All credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used to generate content.

Unused credits

If you have not used your purchased credits and request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Technical errors

If credits were incorrectly consumed due to a verified technical error on our platform, we will restore those credits to your account promptly after investigation.

How to Contact Us

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us with your registered email address, the transaction ID (from Billing history), and a brief description of the issue. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
