Refund & Cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for subscriptions and credit purchases.

Subscription Plans

7-day money-back guarantee (first-time subscribers only)

If you are a first-time subscriber on Starter or Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge — provided you have used 20% or less of the credits granted at signup. Email us with your transaction ID and we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and your remaining credits stay usable until then.

No pro-rated refunds on renewals

After the first 7-day window, we do not refund subscription charges (including renewals) for unused days or credits. This matches the industry-standard practice on AI subscription products.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle at the price displayed at signup. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from /billing.

Subscription downgrades

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the next renewal — your current plan's credits remain available until then. No refund is issued for the difference.

Credit Top-Up Packs

All top-up purchases are final and non-refundable

Top-up credits are delivered to your account instantly the moment payment is captured — the product is the credits themselves, and they remain yours to use whenever you want. Once purchased, top-up packs are non-refundable, including in cases where you change your mind, pick the wrong pack, or stop using the Service.

Top-up credits never expire

Credits from top-up packs stay in your account until consumed — they do not expire and survive subscription cancellations, downgrades, or plan changes. As long as your account exists, your top-up balance is yours.

Technical-error restoration (not a refund)

If credits were debited due to a verified platform error (failed AI generation, server crash, double-debit, blocked output), they are automatically credited back to your account. This is a credit correction, not a refund — no email needed. You can verify entries in /billing → Credit history.

Before purchasing

Please pick the right pack carefully. Credit prices, pack sizes, and what credits buy are displayed on /pricing and /billing before checkout. If something is unclear, email us BEFORE you purchase.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Email us first

If you have a billing concern, please email us with the transaction ID before initiating a card chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours by direct contact.

Chargeback fees

If you initiate a chargeback that succeeds, Razorpay charges us a non-refundable dispute fee (currently around ₹500). This fee may be deducted from any future refund or credited back to us from your account balance.

Fraudulent chargebacks

Chargebacks filed after the credits have been substantially used may be contested. We retain all server logs of AI calls, IP addresses, and credit-ledger entries as evidence for dispute responses.

Request a Refund

How to Contact Us

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us with (1) your registered email, (2) the Razorpay transaction ID from /billing, and (3) a brief description of the issue. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
